1. Connection Data

When you use this website your Internet-browser sends our server your current IP-Address. Our server needs to cache this address for a short period of time, to be able to send back it's response to your browser.

This is a technical necessity. It's how the internet works and there is nothing we can do about it.

Our server will discard these data, once the response is send.

2. Log-Files

Every time someone visits this Website, our server writes the following set of data into it's Log-Files:

• IP-Address of the visitor
• Type and version of the Internet-browser used by the visitor
• Operation system used by the visitor
• Referrer URL (Webpage the visitor comes from)
• Date and time of server access
• Ressources accessed on the server (file names and URLs)

These data a recorded for the following reasons:

• Create reports, that help to improve the user experience
• Detect service malfunctions and disruptions
• Detect attempts of illicit usage or interference with the services provided (malicious attempts)

The Log-File entries are anonymize after 14 days, by deleting the IP-Address, except for entries we need to prove malicious attempt. These entries are anonymized after they are not required any more.

We do not share personal data with any other party, except if required by law.

The EU - General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR) 2016/679 grants you a number of rights. You have the right to:

• Transparency, Inquire Information, Be informed about the data we have about you [Article 12 - 15]

We use state of the art technology and organisational security measures to ensure the:

Please be aware, that E-Mail is not secure! If you have to send sensitive information, write us a letter.

5. Contract data processing

This website is hosted on a server of our German internet service provider, that provides this service as our contractor.

6. Data Sharing, Cookies, Tracker, Social-Networks, External JavaScript, etc.

• We use your personal data exclusively as stated above.
• We do not share those data, except if required by law.

This website DOES NOT USE cookies, trackers, social network buttons / pixels, etc.

Beside some static links to third party content, for which we do not except any liability, especially, but not limited to content or data privacy, we abstain from the inclusion of third party content.

We also DO NOT USE third party Java-Script.

7. Objection to the unsolicited usage of our contact information

The owner of this website objects to the usage of the contact data published on our Impressum page, for sending unsolicited advertising or information material.
